Activate the Roaming service and stay reachable anywhere in the world with your Ooredoo line.

  • If you have a card offer, the Roaming service is activated by default.
  • To deactivate this service, simply contact customer service on 1111 or go to one of our Ooredoo stores.
  • If you have an invoice or package offer, you can activate the Roaming service 24 hours before your trip, in our Ooredoo stores or by contacting our customer service on 1111.
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS once Roaming is activated.

Check Ooredoo partner operators. Discover the list of all partner operators

  • Save phone numbers directly from your directory in international format
    (Example: an Ooredoo number 22 10 12 13 becomes + 216 22 10 12 13 or 00 216 22 10 12 13).
  • Remember to recharge your account, if you have a card or package offer, or buy a recharge card that you can use from abroad.
  • If you have an invoice or package offer, you can activate the Roaming service 24 hours before your trip, in our Ooredoo stores or by contacting our customer service on 1111.
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS once Roaming is activated.
TIPS ON YOUR ARRIVAL
As soon as you arrive abroad, your mobile automatically connects to our partner's network.

  • Only change the network manually following the recommendation of our customer service on 0021622111111.
  • In this case, you have the option of manually selecting the network of your choice. To access this function, select "Phone settings" then "Networks" from your phone's menu. Then choose "Manual selection" and let yourself be guided.

NB: Call attempts will be billed by the following operators:

  • Argentina: Claro
  • Uruguay: AM Wireless Uruguay SA
  • USA: Cingular Wireless, T-Mobile
