- Save phone numbers directly from your directory in international format
(Example: an Ooredoo number 22 10 12 13 becomes + 216 22 10 12 13 or 00 216 22 10 12 13). - Remember to recharge your account, if you have a card or package offer, or buy a recharge card that you can use from abroad.

- Only change the network manually following the recommendation of our customer service on 0021622111111.
- In this case, you have the option of manually selecting the network of your choice. To access this function, select "Phone settings" then "Networks" from your phone's menu. Then choose "Manual selection" and let yourself be guided.

What is the Roaming service?
This service allows you, when you are in a foreign country, to remain reachable on your Ooredoo number.
What are the different Roaming rates?
All the countries available in Roaming are divided into 8 zones. Each zone includes the following 6 rates:
- Calls made to a Tunisian number
- Calls made to a number in the country visited
- Calls made to the rest of the world
- Calls received while roaming
- SMS sent
- Data
Do I have to pay registration fees?
No, registration for the service is free. You only pay the amount of your communications.
How do I top up my Roaming account?
Remember to buy Ooredoo recharge cards before your departure. Abroad, you can recharge your account with a recharge card exactly as if you were in Tunisia. Just dial free from your mobile *101* recharge code # then OK. Important! Foreign recharge cards do not work on your Ooredoo card account.
How do I check my Roaming balance?
Simply dial free from your mobile *100# then OK: you will automatically receive a message indicating the amount of your balance.
Once abroad, can I instantly use my Ooredoo number?
Yes, as soon as you arrive in the country visited, your mobile automatically connects to the local network and you can make and receive calls immediately.
